Yoga and other related forms of
exercise can be used to help prevent and alleviate injury and pain
caused by long periods of time spent hennaing. These classes will give
you practical exercises to use to help hands, wrists, backs and
shoulders - improving your strength and suppleness and stamina for
hennaing!
